The ApolloCon Program Book will be an 8.5" x 11" format.
The deadline for submitting your ad artwork is TBA. Thursday June 10, 2011.

The deadline for reserving ad space in the program book is TBA. Monday, June 7, 2011! If you'd like to buy an ad in the ApolloCon 2011 Program Book, and cannot make the deadline, please contact the Art Director or ConChair. We'll do our best to work with you.

Pay Online: To pay online for ads in the ApolloCon 2011 Program Book click on the PayPal button and make the payment for the size ad you want. (Ad sizes that are one-of-a-kind are NOT listed in the ad sizes selection box.) Please refer to the PayPal transaction number or your check number with your ad artwork and be sure to state specifically which size ad (as listed above) you have purchased.

  • Include a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) if you want your CD returned. Please write your name, group, contact number and return address on the back of each item to insure it is returned to the proper address.
  • Items that do not have a corresponding payment by the deadline will not be placed in the book. Please allow ample time for processing.
