ApolloCon 2010 Dealers' Room Information
Are you interested in selling or displaying your merchandise at ApolloCon?
The Dealers Room for this year is sold out,
but we're accepting requests to be put on the waiting list in case
of a cancellation, and you're welcome to inquire about next year
and/or any other dealer-room-related topic for which you'd like more
information.
Prices:
- Dealers' Room Table - $70 ($60 until January 1, 2010) (max. 3 tables)
- Island Corners - $90 for two tables ($80 until January 31, 2010) (max. 2 corners or 1 corner plus 1 other table)
- Hall Table - $40 for one table (max. 1 table, may not buy tables in both dealer's room and hall)
- Club Table - $20 for one table (nonprofit clubs ONLY)

Dealers' room tables come with two membership per island corner,
two membership for the first non-corner dealer's table, and one
membership for each additional table thereafter. Hall tables come
with one membership. Club tables do not include memberships.
Tables include between four to six feet of
behind-table space depending on placement in the room. Hall
tables will have minimal behind-table space.
Telephone land lines are not available. However, cell phone and
wireless connections have functioned in the past.

Note: Table layout can
and will be modified slightly to relocate the access gaps when a
single dealer is assigned both of the tables adjacent to a gap, but
the overall position of the rows and corners is not flexible. Table
locations shown in grey have already been allocated; specific
location information will be posted to the Dealer List as the room
fills.
THE APOLLOCON 2010 DEALERS' ROOM IS SOLD OUT.
ApolloCon has a waiting list for vendors who may wish to fill in
if another vendor cancels. We also have a couple of hall tables
left for authors and other creators, or organizations wishing to
