The Process

You'll need a membership to attend ApolloCon. Pre-register online, with an ApolloCon representative. Or just show up and register at ApolloCon. It's a good idea to pre-register because that's a lot cheaper

Get a hotel room

Most official ApolloCon program items end at midnight, but filk, the dance, gaming, and a few others go on into the wee hours. Not to mention room parties. These go on till the cows come home. It's a good idea to have a place to crash so you don't have to figure out how to get home and back in time for your first panel the next morning. More information is available on the hotel page. Heck, you may want to have a room party.

Actually Get Your Badge

If you have preregistered, your badge will be waiting for you. Get in the pre-reg line and tell them who you are. You will be asked to sign a book acknowledging that you received your badge.

If you are registering at ApolloCon, you'll fill out aq form and pay. A badge will be printed for you. Standing in line can take a long time and it costs more. Are you sure you don't want to pre-register?

Have Fun!
